Using the Tire Mobility Kit

CAUTION

Detach the speed restriction label from the sealant bottle and place it in a highly visible place inside the vehicle, such as the steering wheel, to remind the driver not to drive too fast.

  1. Shake the sealant bottle.

  2. Connect the filling hose to the connector of the sealant bottle. (A)

    Remove the sealant bottle cap and sealant bottle holder cap and connect the bottle onto the sealant bottle holder. (B)

  3. Make sure the compressor valve on the filling hose is locked.

  4. Unscrew the valve cap from the valve of the defective tire and screw the filling hose of the sealant bottle onto the tire valve.

    CAUTION

    Securely install the sealant filling hose onto the valve. If not, sealant may flow backward, possibly clogging the filling hose.

  5. Make sure that the compressor is switched off (position 0).

  6. Connect the compressor and the vehicle power outlet using the cable and connectors.

  7. Press the ENGINE START/STOP or ignition switch button to ON

  8. Switch on the compressor and let it run for approximately 5 ~ 7 minutes to allow the sealant to fill up the tirer to the proper pressure. (refer to More Details). Be careful not to overinflate the tire and stay away from the tire when filling it. For your safety, do not use the Tire Mobility Kit if the tire and wheel are damaged.

    WARNING

    If the tire pressure is below 26psi(180kPa), do not drive the vehicle. It may cause accident.

  9. Switch off the compressor.

  10. Detach the sealant filling hoses from the sealant bottle connector and the tire valve. After filling, keep the, leave the sealant bottle and the compressor attached.

Return the Tire Mobility Kit to its storage location in the vehicle.

WARNING

Carbon monoxide

Do not leave your vehicle running in a poorly ventilated area for extended periods of time. Carbon monoxide poisoning and suffocation can occur.
