Lane Keeping Assist setting
Lane Safety

With the ENGINE START/STOP button in the On position, select 'Settings → Driver Assistance → Lane Safety' on the instrument cluster or 'Settings → Vehicle → Driver Assistance → Lane Safety' on the infotainment system to set whether to use each function.

If ‘Assist’ is selected, Lane Keeping Assist will automatically assist the driver’s steering when lane departure is detected to help prevent the vehicle from moving out of its lane.

If ‘Warning Only’ is selected, Lane Keeping Assist will warn the driver with an audible warning and steering wheel vibration (if equipped) when lane departure is detected. The driver must steer the vehicle.

If ‘Off’ is selected, Lane Keeping Assist will turn off. The indicator light (
) will turn off on the cluster.

If ‘Warning Only’ is selected, steering is not assisted.

Lane Keeping Assist does not control the steering wheel when the vehicle is driven in the middle of the lane.

The driver should always be aware of the surroundings and steer the vehicle if ‘Off’ is selected.
Turning Lane Keeping Assist On/Off

With the ENGINE START/STOP button in the On position, press and hold the Lane Safety button located on the instrument panel
to turn on Lane Keeping Assist. The white or green indicator light (
) will illuminate on the cluster. Press and hold the button again to turn off the function.

To activate/deactivate Lane Keeping Assist, with the ENGINE START/STOP button in the On position, press and hold the Lane
Driving Assist button (
) located on the steering wheel to turn off Lane Keeping Assist. Press and hold the button again to turn on the function.
The indicator (
) in the cluster display will initially illuminate white or green. If you pressing and holding the Lane Driving Assist button
located on the steering wheel, Lane Keeping Assist will be turned off and the indicator on the cluster display will go off.

When Lane Keeping Assist is turned off with the Lane Driving Assist button, Lane Safety settings will turn off.
Warning Volume

With the ENGINE START/STOP button in the On position, select “User Settings → Driver Assistance → Warning Volume” at the LCD display or infotainment system to change the Warning Volume to ‘High’, ‘Medium, ‘Low’ or 'Off' (if steering wheel vibration equipped) for Lane Keeping Assist. However, even if ‘Off’ is selected, the Hands-off Warning volume will not be turned off. Steering wheel vibration (if equipped) function will also remain on even if ‘Off’ is selected.

If you change the Warning Volume, the Warning Volume of other Driver Assistance system may change.
