Emergency Braking

The Forward Safety warning light ( ) blinking, a warning message, an audible warning and the steering wheel vibration that emergency braking will be assisted. The brake assist will be activated and help avoid the collision with a vehicle.

Warning message: Emergency braking

Emergency braking will be activated in the following conditions.

  • Your driving speed: Approximately 10–55km/h (6–34 mph)

  • Crossing vehicle speed: Approximately 10–40km/h (6–25 mph)
