Replacing High Mounted Stop Lamp bulb (bulb type)

Open the tailgate.

Remove the mounting screws of both sides of the service cover using a Philips screwdriver.

Remove the three round head cap nut fixing the high mounted stop lamp using a wrench.

Pull out the high mounted stop lamp assembly and unplug the connector.

Remove the cover from the assembly.

Pull out the bulb from the socket.

Insert a new bulb in the socket.

Install the high mounted stop lamp in the reverse order of removal.
