Driver assistance guide

As the driver, do not solely rely on the Driver Assistance Systems. These systems do not replace the need for paying attention and driving safely. These systems operate under the assumption that the driver will maintain control of the vehicle, and are designed to help reduce the impact to the occupants in a collision and assist the driver under normal driving conditions. There are limits to the degree of recognition accuracy and control performance that these systems can provide, as more fully explained in this manual. The driver is solely responsible for paying attention to the vehicle’s surroundings and driving safely. Complete attention is always required while driving, and you should be ready to take action and apply brakes and/or steer the vehicle to avoid crashes. This is NOT an autonomous (self-driving) vehicle. Failure to use proper care when driving may result in death, injury or vehicle damage.

Due to the infotainment software version, the description of each function of the driver assistance system may differ from the owner's manual.
