The Forward Safety warning light blinking (), warning message, an audible warning and the steering wheel vibration that emergency braking will be assisted. The brake assist can be activated and help mitigate or avoid a collision with a vehicle, pedestrian cyclist, or powered two-wheeler.

Emergency braking may be activated in the following conditions.
