A: Emergency Steering

If Emergency steering recognizes a hazard, it can alert the driver with the emergency steering warning light blinking (), warning message, an audible warning and steering wheel vibration.

If there is a risk of collision with a vehicle, a pedestrian, a cyclist, or a powered two-wheeler in front, the steering can be activated to help prevent collision when the driver steers the vehicle to avoid collision.

Emergency Steering can be activated in following conditions.

• Your driving speed: Approximately 25~53 mph (40~85 km/h)

• Vehicle or motorcyclist on both lanes: while driving
