Emergency seat folding strap

If the walk-in switch does not work, get out of the vehicle by pulling the seat folding strap in case of an emergency.

  1. Seat folding strap

Simple operation

  1. For 6 seats: Pull the seat folding strap (1) to move forward the 2nd row seats.

  2. For 7 seats: Pull the seat folding strap (1) to fold 2nd row seats. Hold the seat and lower it safely.

Operation

Fold the 2nd row seatback by pulling the seat folding strap in case of an emergency.

  • For 6 seats

    • Move forward 2nd row seats by pulling the seat folding straps (1).

  • For 7 seats

    • Fold the backrests of the 2nd row seats by pulling the seat folding straps (1). Hold the seat and get out of the vehicle safely.

  • When returning the 2nd row seats after getting off, raise the seatback while pulling the 2nd row seat angle adjustment lever. After adjusting the seatback to the desired angle, release the lever to lock it in place.

WARNING

Do not recklessly pull the seat folding straps in an emergency when there are people in the 2nd row seats. Sudden movement of the seat may cause injury. Use only if the walk-in switch does not work.
