-
If the passenger continues to not fasten their seat belt or unfastens their seat belt whilst you drive under 20 km/h (12 mph), the corresponding warning light continues to illuminate until the seat belt is fastened.
-
If the passenger continues to not fasten their seat belt or unfastens their seat belt whilst you drive over 20 km/h (12 mph), the seat belt warning chime sounds for about 100 seconds and the corresponding warning light blinks.
-
The front seat belt warning light may not work if sitting in an improper position. It is important for the driver to instruct the passenger how to sit properly as laid out in this manual. Sit properly and wear the seatbelt correctly according to the proper usage guidelines.
