Touch the SYNC icon. When the SYNC icon indicator illuminates, the passenger's seat temperature is controlled same as the driver's seat.

When the SYNC icon indicator illuminates, the temperature control doesn't operate individually. And the climate control of the passenger's seat will work equally to that of driver's seat.
