The DRL can make it easier for others to see the front of your vehicle during the day.

The DRL can be helpful in many different driving conditions, especially after dawn and before sunset.

The DRL will turn its DRL lamp off when:

• When the light switch is in AUTO or ON position, the parking brake is engaged and the light switch is set to OFF

• The vehicle is in OFF position

• The hazard warning lights are on

• The turn signal light is on
