The distribution of light from low-beam headlights is asymmetrical. If you go to a country with opposite traffic direction, this asymmetrical distribution will dazzle drivers in oncoming vehicles. To avoid dazzling other drivers, ECE regulations require various technical solutions (e.g., automatic change system, adhesive sheet, downward aim). This vehicle provides a technical solution that attaches an adhesive sheet to the headlight.

To withstand heat and weather, including headlight heat, sunlight (UV), and rain (moisture), attach the adhesive sheet to headlights as shown in the following illustration:

To attach the adhesive sheet, follow these steps:

1. Remove any foreign materials from the headlight surfaces. Keep the surfaces clean and dry.

2. Prepare two adhesive sheets cut to the specified length and width.

   • Length: 24 mm (0.9 inches)

   • Width: 46 mm (1.8 inches)

3. Attach the prepared adhesive sheets to both headlights.
