With the vehicle on, select Settings → Driver Assistance → Parking Safety → Rear Cross-Traffic Safety from the User Settings menu or select Settings → Vehicle → Driver Assistance → Parking Safety → Rear Cross-Traffic Safetythe infotainment system to turn on Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist and deselect to turn off the function.

WARNING

When the vehicle is restarted, Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist will automatically turn on. The driver, however, should always be aware of the surroundings and drive safely. If Off is selected, RCCA is not activated.
