Driving your vehicle

    The ABS prevents the wheels from locking during hard braking. This helps to stabilize the vehicle and allows it to be steered.
  - Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system
    The ESC system can reduce the risk of spinning or plowing during cornering maneuvers and under certain conditions. It can automatically brake individual wheels and moderate engine speed to reduce those risks. When the ESC system intervenes, you may hear a ticking sound from the braking and feel vibration on the brake pedal. Your engine power may decrease.

    A vehicle has the tendency to roll back on a steep hill when it starts to go after stopping. The HAC prevents the vehicle from rolling back by applying the brakes automatically for about 2 seconds.
