Requirements for activation

This system can be activated when the following all requirements are satisfied.

  • The ignition switch is ON.

  • The transmission is in the P (Park) position.

  • The vehicle stops.

  • The vehicle speed is under 3 km/h (2 mph).

  • The driver's seat belt is unfastened.

  • The door is opened.

  • The passenger's seat is not occupied.

NOTICE

  • The default setting will be retained until the timer is reset.

  • The default setting is 30 minutes.
