Battery conditioning mode: (if equipped)
|
-
The Battery Conditioning mode is a function to maintain charging performance by optimizing the temperature of the high voltage battery in winter or summer. However, since energy is consumed when the temperature of the high voltage battery is raised or lowered, the driving distance may be shortened. If you set a fast charging station as a waypoint or destination on the navigation map, charging time can be reduced with the battery temperature optimized by heating or cooling the battery while driving, which allows for the required time.
-
Battery temperature status information is displayed on the infotainment system screen, and you can use a manual switch to turn ON or OFF the Battery Conditioning function, and display the status of battery conditioning operation as well.
-
When the Battery Conditioning mode is activated, the indicator icon on the instrument cluster changes to indicate that this mode operating.
-
