Operation

  1. With the vehicle stopped, open the rear door.

  2. Raise the seatback of the front and 2nd row seats upright and move the front and rear seats to the middle position.

  3. Pull the swivel lever to the right (vehicle's right side seat) or left (vehicle's left side seat) and turn the seat in or out of the vehicle.

  4. Release the swivel lever and turn it fully to the position where the seat orientation is locked.

If you turn the seat toward the inside of the vehicle, it rotates 180 degrees and is fixed to the rear view. If you turn the seat toward the outside of the vehicle (toward the door), it can rotate 90 degrees, but it is not fixed.

  5. After adjustment, gently rock the seat back from side to side to make sure it is securely locked.

WARNING
  • Before driving, change the seat orientation to the forward facing position before driving. In the event of an accident while driving in the rear view position, unexpected injuries may occur.

  • Use the seat after turning it while the vehicle is stopped. Turning while driving may cause unexpected accidents.

  • After returning to the forward facing position, be sure to check that the seat is secured. Failure to do so may result in hazards during sudden braking.

  • Check whether there are passengers in the 2nd row when closing the door. Be careful when closing the rear door in the rear view position, as a passenger's arm may be caught.
