Countermeasures for accidents or fire

If an accident occurs whilst you are driving the electric vehicle, take the following actions:

  • Turn on the hazard lights and move the vehicle to a safe place.

  • Do not let other people approach the scene.

WARNING

If the high voltage battery is damaged during an accident, harmful gas and electrolytes might leak.

  • Be careful not to touch the leaked liquid.

  • When you suspect leakage of flammable or harmful gases, open the windows and immediately evacuate to a safe location.

  • If any leaked liquid comes in contact with your eyes or skin, immediately clean the affected area thoroughly with tap water or saline solution. Then seek medical attention as soon as possible.
