To adjust the power liftgate opening height, select 'User Settings → Door/Liftgate → Power Liftgate Opening Height → Full Open/Level 3/Level 2/Level 1/User Height Setting' in the instrument cluster or 'Settings → Vehicle → Door/Liftgate → Power Liftgate Opening Height → Full Open/Level 3/Level 2/Level 1/User Height Setting' in the infotainment system.
