Reverse Parking Distance Warning will activate when backing up with the ignition switch ON.

If the vehicle is moving at a speed over 5 km/h (3 mph), Reverse Parking Distance Warning may not be activated correctly.
Reverse Parking Distance Warning does not operate when the vehicle's reverse speed is above 10 km/h (6 mph).
The sensing distance whilst Reverse Parking Distance Warning is in operation is approximately 100 cm (40 in.).
When Reverse Parking Distance Warning sense more than two objects at the same time, warns the closest one.

When an object is 60 cm to 100 cm (24 in to 48 in) from the rear bumper: Buzzer beeps intermittently.
When an object is 30 cm to 60 cm (12 in to 24 in) from the rear bumper: Buzzer beeps more frequently.
When an object is within30 cm (12 in.) of the rearbumper:Buzzer sounds continuously.
