Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

Use your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to register your vehicle and in all legal matters pertaining to ownership.

The VIN is punched into the floor underneath the driver's (or passenger's) seat. To check the VIN, open the cover.

The VIN is also on a plate attached to the top of the instrument panel. You can see the VIN on the plate through the windshield from outside.
