Turn off vehicle and disconnect the negative terminal from the battery.

Remove the plastic tabs with a flat-tip (slotted) screwdriver.

Loosen the plastic retaining screws and remove the under-panel cover.

Disconnect the rear back up lamp connector (A).

Remove the socket from the assembly by turning the socket counterclockwise until the tabs on the socket align with the slots on the assembly.

Install the socket in the assembly by aligning the tabs on the socket with the slots in the assembly. Push the socket into the assembly and turn the socket clockwise.

Connect the rear back up lamp connector.

Tighten the plastic retaining screws.

Install the plastic tabs and the under-panel cover.
