LCD Display Modes

The LCD display provides 5 modes. You can switch modes by pressing the Mode button.

Trip computer mode

The trip computer mode displays information related to vehicle driving parameters including drive info, driving style and energy flow.

Turn By Turn (TBT) mode

This mode displays the state of the navigation.

Driving Assist

This mode displays the state of:

  • Lane Keeping Assist

  • Smart Cruise Control

  • Lane Following Assist

  • Driver Attention Warning

  • Tire Pressure

Master warning mode

This warning light informs the driver the following situations.

  • Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist malfunction (if equipped)

  • Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist radar blocked (if equipped)

  • Blind-Spot Collision Warning malfunction (if equipped)

  • Blind-Spot Collision Warning radar blocked (if equipped)

  • LED headlamp malfunction (if equipped)

  • Lamp malfunction

  • High Beam Assist malfunction (if equipped)

  • Smart Cruise Control malfunction (if equipped)

  • Smart Cruise Control radar blocked (if equipped)

At this time, a Master Warning icon () will appear beside the User Settings icon (), on the LCD display.

If the warning situation is resolved, the master warning light will be turned off and the Master Warning icon will disappear.

User settings mode

In this mode, you can change the settings of the instrument cluster, doors, lamps, etc.

Shift to P to edit settings

This warning message appears if you try to adjust the User Settings while driving.

* For your safety, change the User Settings after parking the vehicle, applying the parking brake and shifting to P (Park).

1. Head-Up Display (if equipped)

Explanation

Display Height

Adjust the height (1~20) of the HUD image on the HUD screen.

Rotation

Adjust the degree (-5~+5) of the HUD rotation.

Brightness

Adjust the intensity (1~20) of the HUD brightness.

Contents Selection

If below items are checked, the items will be activated.

  • Audio/Video info

  • Driving assist info

  • Blind-spot safety info

2. Driver Assistance (if equipped)

Explanation

SCC Response

  • Fast/Normal/Slow

To adjust the sensitivity of the Smart Cruise Control.

Driving Assistance

Driver is able to activate or deactivate below functions.

  • Leading Vehicle Departure Alert

  • Lane Following Assist (LFA)

Driver Attention Warning

  • High sensitivity / Normal sensitivity / Off

To adjust the sensitivity of Driver Attention Warning.

Warning Timing

  • Normal/Later

To select the Warning time

Warning Volume

  • High/Medium/Low

To select the Warning volume

Lane Safety

  • Active Lane Keeping Assist/Lane Keeping Assist/Lane Departure Warning/Off

To select the functions.

Forward Safety

  • Active assist, Warning only, Off

To select the functions.

Blind-Spot Safety

  • Rear Cross-Traffic Safety/Active Assist/Warning Only/Off

To select the functions.

3. Door

Explanation

Automatically Lock

  • Enable on speed: All doors will be automatically locked when the vehicle speed exceeds 15 km/h (9.3 mph).

  • Enable on shift: All doors will be automatically locked if the vehicle is shifted from the P (Park) position to the R (Reverse), N (Neutral), or D (Drive) position.

Automatically Unlock

  • Disable: The auto door unlock operation will be canceled.

  • Vehicle off: All doors will be automatically unlocked when the START/STOP button is set to the OFF position.

  • On shift to P: All doors will be automatically unlocked if the gear is shifted to the P (Park) position.

2-press Unlock

  • Off: The 2-press unlock function will be deactivated. Therefore, all doors will unlock if the door unlock button is pressed.

  • On: Only the driver's door will unlock if the door unlock button is pressed. When the door unlock button is pressed again within 4 seconds, the remaining doors will unlock.

4. Lights

Explanation

One touch turn indicator

  • Off: The one touch turn signal function will be deactivated.

  • 3, 5, 7 Flashes: The turn signal indicator will blink 3, 5, or 7 times when the turn signal lever is moved slightly.

Shifter Light Brightness (if equipped)

To select the brightness of the shifter light. (Level 1~4)

Shifter Light Color (if equipped)

To select the color of the shifter light. (White/Grey/Blue/Green/Bronze/Red)

Head Lamp Delay

If this item checked, the head lamp delay function will be activated.

5. Convenience (if equipped)

Explanation

Utility Mode

  • To activate the utility mode.

When activated, electric devices in the vehicle is operated using the high voltage battery.

Lock Charging Cable

  • This function can be selected one of two menus.

    • Always mode

    • While charging mode

Welcome Mirror/Light

  • If this item is checked, the welcome mirror/light function will be activated.

Wireless charging system

  • If this item is checked, the wireless charging system function will be activated.

Wiper/Lights Display

  • If this item is checked, the Wiper/Lights Display will be activated.

Auto rear wiper (reverse)

  • If this item is checked, the Auto rear wiper will be activated.

Smart regeneration

  • If this item is checked the Smart regeneration function will be activated. When activated, the regeneration level is adjusted automatically according to the current driving situation.

Icy Road Warning

  • If this item is checked, the Icy Road Warning function will be activated.

6. Service Interval

Explanation

Enable Service Interval

If this item is checked, the Service Interval function will be activated.

Adjust Interval

If the service interval menu is activated, you may adjust the time and distance.

Reset

To reset the service interval function.

If the service interval is activated and the time and distance is adjusted, messages are displayed in the following situations each time the vehicle is turned on.

  • Service in: Displayed to inform the driver the remaining mileage and days to service.

  • Service required: Displayed when the mileage and days to service has been reached or passed.

If any of the following conditions occur, the mileage and number of days to service may be incorrect.

  • The battery cable is disconnected.

  • The fuse switch is turned off.

  • The battery is discharged.

7. Other features

Explanation

Energy Consumption Reset

  • Off: The average fuel economy will not reset automatically whenever recharging.

  • After Ignition: The average fuel economy will reset automatically whenever it has passed 4 hours after turning OFF the vehicle.

  • After Recharging: The average fuel economy will reset automatically when recharging.

Speedometer Unit

  • km/h or mph

To select the Speedometer unit.

Consumption Unit

  • kWh/100km or km/kWh

To select the Consumption unit.

Temperature Unit

  • °C/°F

To select the temperature unit.

Tire Pressure Unit

  • kPa, psi, bar

To select the tire pressure unit.

8. Reset

Explanation

Reset

You can reset the menus in the User Settings mode. All menus in the User Settings mode are reset to factory settings, except language and service interval.
