LCD display modes

The LCD display provides 5 modes. You can switch modes by pressing the Mode button.

The Master Warning mode displays warning messages related to the vehicle when one or more systems is not operating normally.

Driving Assist mode

This mode displays the state of:

  • Lane Keeping Assist*

    Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist*

    Smart Cruise Control*

    Lane Following Assist*

  • Driver Attention Warning (if equipped)

Trip computer mode

The trip computer mode displays information related to vehicle driving parameters including fuel economy, tripmeter information and vehicle speed.

Turn By Turn (TBT) mode

This mode displays the state of the navigation.

Master warning mode

This warning light informs the driver the following situations.

  • Driver assistance system malfunction, limitation or radar/camera blockage

  • LED headlamp malfunction

  • Lamp malfunction

  • TPMS failure, low tire pressure, etc.

At this time, a Master Warning icon () will appear beside the User Settings icon (), on the LCD display. If the warning situation is solved, the master warning light will be turned off and the Master Warning icon will disappear.

Information icon () will change to a Master Warning icon(). For Full LCD cluster (Type B), the same Master Warning icon () will appear under the Power gauge.

Information mode

Tire pressure

This mode displays information related to Tire Pressure.

Engine Temperature

Indicates the temperature of the engine coolant when the engine is running.

NOTICE

When the gauge indicator gets out of thenormal range, toward the "130 or H(Hot)" position, it indicates overheatingof the engine. It may damage the engine.Do not continue driving with the overheatedengine.

User settings mode (if equipped)

In this mode, you can change the settings of the instrument cluster, doors, lamps, etc.

Parking Safety

  • Parking Distance Warning Auto On

2. Cluster

Items

Explanation

Wiper/Lights Display

If this item is checked, the wiper/lights display will be activated.

Traffic Signs

If this item is checked, the traffic signs display will be activated.

Icy Road Warning

If this item is checked, the icy road warning will be activated.

Cluster Voice Guidance Volume

To adjust the Cluster Voice Guidance Volume.

  • 0~3 level

Welcome Sound

If this item is checked, the welcome sound function will be activated.

Theme Selection

  • Link to Drive Mode/Theme A/Theme B/Theme C/Theme D

If this item is checked, the cluster theme will change accordingly.

3. Lights

Items

Explanation

Illumination

To adjust the instrument cluster illumination.

  • 1~20 level

One Touch Turn Signal

  • Off: The one touch turn signal function will be deactivated.

  • 3, 5, 7 flashes: The turn signal indicator will blink 3, 5, or 7 times when the turn signal lever is moved slightly.

Ambient Light Brightness

  • Off/1/2/3/4

To adjust the ambient light brightness.

Ambient Light Color

To adjust the ambient light color.

Headlight Delay

If this item is checked, the head lamp delay function will be activated.

High Beam Assist

If this item is checked, High Beam Assist will be activated.

4. Door

Items

Explanation

Automatically Lock

  • Off: The auto door unlock operation will be canceled.

  • Enable on speed: All doors will be automatically locked when the vehicle speed exceeds 15 km/h (9.3 mph)

  • Enable on shift: All doors will be automatically locked if the vehicle is shifted from the P (Park) position to the R (Reverse), N (Neutral), or D (Drive) position. (With the Engine ON, it is activated.)

Automatically Unlock

  • Off: The auto door unlock operation will be canceled.

  • Vehicle Off: All doors will be automatically unlocked when the ENGINE START/STOP button is set to the OFF position.

  • On shift to P: All doors will be automatically unlocked if the gear is shifted to the P (Park) position. (With the Engine ON, it is activated.)

Power Trunk Opening Height

  • Full Open/Half Open

The power trunk will be opened in a certain angle.

Smart Trunk

To activate or deactivate the smart trunk with Auto Open.

5. Convenience

Items

Explanation

Seat Easy Access

  • Off/Normal/Extended

To select the seat movement.

Rear Occupant Alert

If this item is checked, the Rear Occupant Alert (ROA) display will be activated.

Welcome Mirror/Light

  • On door unlock/On driver approach

To select the welcome mirror/light function.

Wireless Charging System

  • If this item is checked, the wireless charging function will be activated.

Service Interval

  • Enable Service Interval

If this item is checked, the Service Interval function will beactivated.

  • Adjust Interval

If the service interval menu is activated, you may adjustthe time and distance.

  • Reset

To reset the service interval function.

If the service interval is activated and the time and distance is adjusted, messages are displayed in the following situations each time the vehicle is turned on.

  • Service in: Displayed to inform the driver the remaining mileage and days to service.

  • Service required: Displayed when the mileage and days to service has been reached or passed.

If any of the following conditions occur, the mileage and number of days to service may be incorrect.

  • The battery connector is disconnected.

  • The battery is discharged.

  • The fuse switch is turned off.

7. Reset

Explanation

Reset

You can reset the menus in the User Settings mode. All menus in the User Settings mode are reset to factory settings, except language and service interval.
