Lane Following Assist
N_SP3i25_C00_023_IR

When both lane lines, or a preceding vehicle within the recognized lane (when lane lines are not detected during both-lane recognition–based control), are detected and the vehicle speed is below the operating speed, the system assists with steering to help keep the vehicle centered in the lane. The indicator light () on the instrument cluster is displayed in green.

  • When both lane lines are detected: 0–110 mph (0–180 km/h) (HEV: 90 mph (0-140 km/h))

  • When a preceding vehicle is detected: 0–45 mph (0–75 km/h)

TIP

When the steering wheel is not being assisted, the white indicator light () blinks and changes to gray.
