Inspecting and replacing climate control air filter
When you replace the climate control air filter, replace it by performing the following procedure. Be careful to avoid damaging other components:

Open the glove box.

Remove the support rod (1).

Push in both sides of the glove box as shown. This will ensure that the glove box stopper pins will get released from its
holding location allowing the glove box to hang.

Remove the climate control air filter cover (1) by pulling out right side of the cover (2).

Replace the climate control air filter.

Reassemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
NOTICE
When replacing the climate control air filter install it properly. Otherwise, the system may produce noise and the effectiveness of the filter may be reduced.
