Front seat adjustment for power seat (if equipped)
Before driving, adjust the seat to the proper position so you can easily control the steering wheel, pedals and switches on the instrument panel.

Unattended children
Never leave children unattended in a vehicle. Children might operate features of the vehicle that could injure them.

Power seating adjustments

The power seating controls function by electronic motor. Excessive operation may cause damage to the electrical equipment.

Do not operate two or more power seat control switches at the same time. Doing so may damage the power seat motor or electrical components.
Moving forward and backward

To move the seat forward or backward:
Reclining seatback

To recline the seatback:
Changing seat cushion tilt and height (for driver's seat)

To change the tilt and height of the seat:
Adjusting lumbar support for driver's seat (if equipped)

The lumbar support can be adjusted by pressing the lumbar support switch on the side of the seat.
Front passenger seat control (if equipped)

The rear seat passenger may use the switches to control the front passenger seat.

To move the front passenger seat forward, press the switch (1). To move the front passenger seat backward, press the switch (2).

To recline the front passenger seat forward, press the switch (3). To recline the front passenger seat backward, press the switch (4).

Designed seat position



The seat back angle 21° (1) and seat position shown above are designed positions provided by Kia.
The position of the seat is the position shifted 188.5 mm (2) in the backward direction after the seat is positioned forward most.
The position of the seat is the position shifted 71.5 mm (3) in the forward direction after the seat is positioned backward most.
The position of the seat is the position shifted 30 mm (4) in the upper direction after the seat is positioned lowest.
Adjust the seat before driving and make sure the seat is locked securely.
