You can maintain the function by selecting ‘Environment Settings → Details → Maintain RVM’ from the menu of the infotainment system.

You can deactivate RVM by deselecting it from the menu.

Rear View Monitor (RVM) is maintained when the following conditions are met. However, RVM does not provide parking guidelines.

If you shift the gear into R (Reverse), N (Neutral), or D (Driving) position at a speed less than 10 km/h and then the speed of your vehicle exceeds 10 km/h, Rear View Monitor (RVM) will turn off.
