Trip computer mode

The trip computer mode displays information related to vehicle driving parameters including fuel economy, tripmeter information and vehicle speed.

Turn By Turn (TBT) mode

This mode displays the state of the navigation.

Assist mode

This mode displays the state of :

  • Lane Safety system

  • Driver Attention Warning (DAW)

  • AWD

  • Tire Pressure

Tire pressure status

* For more details, refer to “Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)” in chapter 6.

Master warning mode

This warning light informs the driver the following situations.

  • LED headlamp malfunction (if equipped)

  • Lamp malfunction

  • High Beam Assist malfunction (if equipped)

At this time, a Master Warning icon () will appear beside the User Settings icon (), on the LCD display. If the warning situation is solved, the master warning light will be turned off and the Master Warning icon will disappear.

User settings mode

In this mode, you can change the settings of the instrument cluster, doors, lamps, etc.

Shift to P to edit settings

This warning message appears if you try to adjust the User Settings while driving.

For your safety, change the User Settings after parking the vehicle, applying the parking brake and moving the shift lever to P (Park).

1. Head-Up Display (if equipped)

Explanation

Enable Head-Up Display

If this item is checked, the Head-Up Display will be activated.

Display Height

Adjust the height (1 ~ 20) of the HUD image on the HUD screen.

Rotation

Adjust the degree (-5 ~ +5) of the HUD rotation.

Brightness

Adjust the intensity (1 ~ 20) of the HUD brightness.

Contents Selection

If below items are checked, the items will be activated.

2. Driver Assistance (if equipped)

To adjust the sensitivity of the Smart Cruise Control system.

  • Leading vehicle departure alert/Lane Following Assist

Warning Timing

  • Normal/Later

Warning Volume

  • Low Activity Warning

  • To select the function.

High sensitivity/Normal sensitivity/Off

To adjust the sensitivity of the Driver Attention Warning.

Forward Safety

  • Active Assist/Warning Only/Off

To select the functions.

Lane Safety

  • Lane Keeping Assist/Lane Departure Warning/Off

To select the functions.

Blind-Spot Safety

  • Blind-Spot view

  • Safe Exit Assist (SEA)

  • Active Assist/Warning Only/Off

To select the functions.

Parking Safety

  • Rear Cross-Traffic Safety: You can turn on/off the Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Warning (RCCW) and Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist (RCCA) system. With the system on, if there is a vehicle approaching from the rear side when reversing, it helps you avoid collision through warning and control.

3. Door

Explanation

Automatically Lock

  • Enable on speed: All doors will be automatically locked when the vehicle speed exceeds 15 km/h (9.3 mph).

  • Enable on Shift (if equipped with Automatic transmission) :

    All doors will be automatically locked if the gear is shifted from the P (Park) position to the R (Reverse), N (Neutral), or D (Drive) position. (With the Engine ON, it is activated.

Automatically Unlock

  • Disable : The auto door unlock operation will be canceled.

  • Vehicle Off : All doors will be automatically unlocked when the ENGINE START/STOP button is set to the OFF position.

  • On Shift to P (if equipped with Automatic transmission) :

    All doors will be automatically unlocked if the gear is shifted to the P (Park) position. (With the Engine ON, it is activated.)

Power Tailgate (if equipped)

  • If this item is checked, the power tailgate function will be activated.

Power Tailgate Speed (if equipped)

  • Normal/Fast

You can select the operating speed of the power tailgate.

Smart Tailgate (if equipped)

  • If this item is checked, the smart tailgate function will be activated.

    If the power tailgate function is not activated, you cannot activate this function.

4. Lights

Explanation

One touch turn signal

  • Off : The one touch turn signal function will be deactivated.

  • 3, 5, 7 Flashes : The turn signal indicator will blink 3, 5, or 7 times when the turn signal lever is moved slightly.

Ambient Light Brightness

  • Adjust the brightness of the Ambient light.

    • Off/Level 1,2,3,4

Ambient Light Color

  • Select the color of the ambient light.

    • white, yellow, red, bluegreen,blue, violet

Head Lamp Delay

If this item is checked, the head lamp delay function will be activated.

If this item is checked, the welcome sound function will be activated.

6. Convenience

Explanation

Seat (forward/backward)

Easy Access (if equipped)

  • Off : The seat easy access function will be deactivated.

  • ormal/Extended : When you turn off the engine, the driver’s seat will automatically move rear 7.6 cm (Enhanced) for you to enter or exit the vehicle more comfortably.

    If you change the ENGINE START/STOP button from OFF position to the AC function, the driver’s seat will return to the original position.

Seat (upward/downward)

Easy Access (if equipped)

To activate or deactivate Seat (upward/downward) Easy Access.

Rear Occupant Alert (if equipped)

  • To activate or deactivate the Rear Occupant Alert

Welcome Mirror/Light

  • On door unlock/On door approach

    You can choose one of these two functions.

Wiper/Lights Display

If this item is checked, the Wiper/Lights Display will be activated.

Auto rear wiper (reverse)

If this item is checked, the Auto rear wiper will be activated.

Gear Position Pop-up

If this item is checked, the Gear position pop-up display will be activated.

Icy road warning

If this item is checked, the Icy road warning display will be activated.

7. Service interval

Explanation

Enable Service Interval

If this item is checked, the Service Interval function will be activated.

Adjust Interval

If the service interval menu is activated, you may adjust the time and distance.

Reset

To reset the service interval function.

If the service interval is activated and the time and distance is adjusted, messages are displayed in the following situations each time the vehicle is turned on.

  • Service in: Displayed to inform the driver the remaining mileage and days to service.

  • Service required: Displayed when the mileage and days to service has been reached or passed.

If any of the following conditions occur, the mileage and number of days to service may be incorrect.

  • The battery cable is disconnected.

  • The battery is discharged.

8. Other

If this item checked, the average fuel economy will reset automatically after refueling or after ignition.

Speed Unit
