Cruise Control operation (For CUV)
Driving Assist button

Driving Assist button : Turns Cruise Control on or off.

RES+ : Resumes or increases Cruise Control speed.

SET- : Sets or decreases Cruise Control speed.

O : Cancels Cruise Control operation.
Setting set speed

Press the Driving Assist button on the steering wheel, to turn the function on. The set speed will illuminate.

Accelerate to the desired speed, which must be more than 30 km/h (20 mph).
Manual Transmission
For manual transmission vehicles, you should depress the brake pedal at least once to set Cruise Control after starting the engine.

Push the SET- switch down and release it at the desired speed. The set speed will illuminate. Release the accelerator pedal at the same time. The desired speed will automatically be maintained.
Temporarily pausing Cruise Control
Cruise Control will be paused when:

Depressing the brake pedal.

Pressing the O button.
-
Shifting the gear to N (Neutral).

Decreasing vehicle speed to less than approximately 30 km/h (20 mph).

ESC (Electronic Stability Control) is operating.

The vehicle speed is above 190 km/h (120 mph)
The set speed will turn off but the Cruise () indicator will stay on.
Resuming Cruise Control
If you push the RES + switch up, the set speed will resume to the preset speed. Vehicle speed must be above 30 km/h (20 mph) for the function to resume.
Turning off Cruise Control

Press the Driving Assist button (the cruise indicator light will be turn off).

Turn the ignition off.
Both of these actions cancel Cruise Control operation. If you want to resume Cruise Control operation, repeat the steps provided in “Setting set speed” on the previous page.
