Filter replacement

(Petrol) 2.0 FR T-GDi

(Petrol) 3.3 T-GDi (Passenger side)

It must be replaced when necessary, and should not be washed.

Have the air cleaner filter inspected or replaced by a professional workshop. Kia recommends to visit an authorised Kia dealer/service partner.

Replace the filter according to the Maintenance Schedule.

(Petrol) 3.3 T-GDi (Driver side)

If the vehicle is operated in extremely dusty or sandy areas, replace the element more often than the usual recommended intervals. (Refer to More Details.)

CAUTION

Do not drive with the air cleaner removed; this will result in excessive engine wear.
When removing the air cleaner filter, be careful that dust or dirt does not enter the air intake, or damage may result.
