Immobilizer Indicator Light

When the vehicle detects the immobilizer in your key properly while the ignition switch is ON.

At this time, you can start the engine.

The indicator light goes off after starting the engine.

Turn Signal Indicator Light

When you switch on the turn signal light on.

The indicator light does not blink but illuminates.

The indicator light blinks more rapidly.

High Beam Indicator Light

When the headlights are on and in the high beam position

When the turn signal lever is pulled into the Flash-to-Pass position.
Light ON Indicator Light

When the tail lights or headlights are on.
Front Fog Indicator Light
(if equipped)

When the front fog lights are on.
Rear Fog Indicator Light
(if equipped)

When the rear fog lights are on.
Glow Indicator Light

When the engine is being preheated with the ignition switch in the ON position.

The engine can be started after the glow indicator light goes off.

The illumination time varies with the engine coolant temperature, air temperature, and battery condition.

If the indicator light remains on or blinks after the engine has warmed up or while driving, there may a malfunction with the engine preheating system.

Engine Preheating
If the engine does not start within 10 seconds after the preheating is completed, set the ignition switch to the LOCK or OFF position for 10 seconds and then to the ON position in order to preheat the engine again.

When the key is turned to the ON position, the 4WD indicator light will come on and then go off in a few seconds.

The 4WD indicator light will illuminate when the transfer shift lever is set to 4H or 4L position.

When transferring to four-wheeldrive mode, have the lever positioned at the right position (2H, 4H, or 4L). In particular, if the lever is shifted from the 4H position into the 4L position with the lever positioned between the two points, The N (Neutral) indicator light will still illuminate but the drivetrain could fail to transfer power to the front and rear wheels. The driver must be on full alert as such failure could be highly dangerous.
