To cancel Cruise Control, do one of the following

  • Depress the brake pedal.

  • Depress the clutch pedal (if equipped) with a manual transmission.

  • Shift into N (Neutral) with an automatic transmission.(if equipped with automatic transmission)

  • Press the CANCEL button located on the steering wheel.

  • Decrease your driving speed lower than the memory speed by approximately 20 km/h (12 mph).

  • Decrease your driving speed to less than approximately 40 km/h (25 mph).

Each of these actions will cancel Cruise Control operation (the cruise set indicator light will go off), but it will not turn the function off. If you wish to resume Cruise Control operation, move the RES+ switch up located on your steering wheel. You will return to your previously preset speed.
